1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 365pkr platform, including the website at 365pkr.win and the official Android application. Access to and use of any part of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

365pkr reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These terms are written in English and are intended primarily for users in Pakistan. All amounts referenced are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

2 Account Registration

To use the betting and casino features of 365pkr, you must register for an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 365pkr account.
• You have provided accurate, truthful and complete information during registration.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or organisation.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 365pkr account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of an error — must be reported to support immediately. 365pkr reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses accumulated across them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration details, including your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details, are accurate and kept up to date. Account details that cannot be verified may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension pending review.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365pkr login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account details with anyone. 365pkr will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use elsewhere.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not store your login details in browsers on shared devices.
• Contact support immediately if you notice unfamiliar transactions.

365pkr will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure, unless there is evidence of fault on the part of the platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

365pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.

All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Using payment details belonging to a third party — including family members — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer timings depend on the sending bank.
• Withdrawals are processed in order of request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are prioritised and typically arrive within a few hours during business hours.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Ensure your account details are complete before requesting a withdrawal to avoid delays.
• 365pkr does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

365pkr offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload offers and VIP rewards to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. By claiming any bonus or promotional credit, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per person.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance unless specified otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• 365pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and begun wagering on an active bonus will be given reasonable notice of material changes.

6 Sports Betting Rules

365pkr offers sports betting markets across cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are only accepted via the platform interface. Verbal, written or telephonic bet requests are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform provides an explicit cash-out option on that market.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed while markets are suspended will be voided.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for that market specify otherwise.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are visible on the bet slip before confirmation.
• 365pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical faults, data feed errors or human error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

Cricket betting specific rules: For PSL and other multi-day or multi-match tournaments, individual match results stand regardless of the broader tournament outcome unless the market is explicitly a tournament-winner market. Over/under and other statistical markets for rain-affected or Duckworth-Lewis-shortened matches will be settled according to the revised targets and official match results.

7 Casino and Live Casino Games

365pkr's casino and live casino sections provide access to slots, live dealer tables (including baccarat, roulette and blackjack), and other digital casino games. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or operate via live dealer streams from verified providers.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game engine or live dealer process and are final once confirmed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand or game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's state at the point the session was interrupted, as recorded on the server. Our server records are the authoritative source in such disputes.
• Maximum bet limits per round and per session apply and are displayed within each game interface.
• Certain promotional offers may restrict which games count toward wagering requirements. Always check the promotion terms before playing with bonus funds.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365pkr platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets and bonuses, and withholding of funds pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting or any strategy designed to exploit the platform's promotional structure rather than engage in genuine entertainment.
• Sharing your account with, or allowing access by, any third party.
• Using payment accounts registered to someone other than yourself.
• Colluding with other players or employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in any game or market.
• Any conduct that 365pkr reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

365pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your balance, place bets or request withdrawals during that period. 365pkr aims to complete investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to you by the contact details registered on your account.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can contact our support team at any time. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally provided that all verification requirements are met.

10 Responsible Gaming

365pkr is an entertainment platform intended for adults. We are committed to providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. 12 Limitation of Liability

365pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

• 365pkr is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, data feed errors or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions made on the basis of publicly available information or tips from third parties.
• Our liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the relevant event.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

365pkr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the 365pkr platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
